An acid free diet is a mild form of a diet. You can keep on eating like usual, but you only eat alkaline building foods (healing foods). This means less strain for your organs; your metabolism continues as usual; no stress factors; no hunger; and no weight loss crisis. The main focus of this diet is usually to assist recovery from chronic diseases. The weight loss is merely a positive side effect. Everyone can do this (especially people with chronic diseases and weak persons) as this is the perfect form of strain reduction and detoxication. Chronic diseases and all metabolism diseases (e.g. allergy, migraine, rheumatism, arthrosis, diabetis, cancer, etc.) are always accompanied by acidaemia. I was asthmatic for years and was able to heal myself through changes in nutrition.
I have guided many people to weight loss and realized, again and again, that if they fell back into their old habits then they gained back their weight - and sometimes even more. The acid-base-balance theme was always of great interest to me because food combining does focus on a healthy acid-base-balance. I realized that if my patients used an acid free nutrition diet, they achieved fast health success and lost weight without effort. They also did not have the hunger pangs usually associated with diets. In my food combining specialty classes, I would watch former participants slowly go back to their old eating habits and use too much acid building food. This caused them to start gaining weight and to feel less than well. So I decided to look for a way to help them in this type of situation, and an acid free diet seems to do the trick.
When I heard about this diet with alkaline building food, I tried it myself and later with my participants. The results were overwhelming for all of us!! Those who were about to give up experienced a miracle weight loss and started to feel better about themselves again. Also - all of their health concerns started to diminish. Weariness, head aches, PMS, and high blood pressure disappeared, and cholesterol was lowered.
I have also noticed that many people tend to avoid diet programs. Almost nobody gets very excited when they hear about food and diet changes. If possible, we want everything to stay as it is. But if you try this detoxifying and purification for just a week, you will see how it feels to really feel good. And it is very easy! Just listen to your own body's natural and nutritional needs, and watch disorders start to disappear like magic. Your unloved weight will say goodbye without effort, and without being hungry.
After one week of using the acid free diet with alkaline building food - you can decide whether to continue or not. You can still eat most of those healthy and nutritious foods you always have. Just consider it as a simple change in your lifestyle - a change that should not be that difficult if you have set a goal. I think it is worth a try. Do something good for your well being.
